Rituximab safely and effectively treated sudden interstitial lung disease (ILD) in a 49-year-old man with undiagnosed primary Sjögren’s syndrome, a case study shows. This case adds to a growing number of reports and case series showing that rituximab lessens lung involvement in Sjögren’s patients, further supporting the usefulness of the immunosuppressive treatment in this patient population.
