Those of us with myasthenia gravis have several treatment options to help us get our lives back on track. My road to remission consisted of prednisone, Mestinon (pyridostigmine), CellCept (mycophenolate mofetil), intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) replacement therapy, and a thymectomy.
