Italian Expert Panel Issues Diagnostic, Treatment Guidelines

An Italian panel of experts recommends using vitamin B6, dopamine agonists, and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) as first-line therapies for the treatment of people with rare aromatic l-amino acid decarboxylase (AADC) deficiency.
