3 Quick Pink Mocktails for Your Favorite Breast Cancer Patient on Valentine’s Day

When we think of cocktails, we usually think of booze. But these refreshments are so tasty and beautiful to look at that you’ll never miss the alcohol. They’re perfect for Valentine’s Day or any other time you want to show the world the power of pink. Punch up your presentation with a pretty glass, a playful straw, and a whimsical garnish. These mocktails are fast, easy, and mostly good for you.

Frozen Tundra Sunrise

2 cups cubed watermelon, seeds removed
1 cup of lemonade or lemon lime soda
1 cup of frozen raspberries
2 cups ice

Blend all ingredients in a mixer or food processor and serve with a garnish of fresh berries, mint, or a wedge of watermelon.

Cranberry Quencher

1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup pomegranate juice
2 cups ginger ale

Mix and serve over ice. For a pretty garnish, add fresh pomegranate seeds and serve with a twist of lime. Want to kick it up a level? Treat yourself to a gourmet ginger ale available at most major grocery stores.

Pink Blossom Beauty

1/2 can (6 oz.) frozen pink lemonade
1 pint sparkling water
1 cup white cranberry juice
1 cup pomegranate juice

Mix all ingredients except the sparkling water and chill well. Just before serving, add sparkling water. Fresh cherries make a pretty garnish, or serve over ice with a striped paper straw.
